Is it just me who’s nesting instinct never left? Seriously you’ll find me either with a vacuum, duster or anti-bac wipe in hand during naptimes.
Is it just me that gets major bump envy? I think it’s because I’m in ‘this time last year’ mode and getting all reminiscent. You only seem to remember the lovely, glowing bits of pregnancy, totally forgetting the sickness, cramps and oh so horrible heartburn.
Is it just me who’s baby has a built-in alarm clock wired to the kettle? Just as I flick the switch for a cup of tea during naptime he’s awake.
Is it just me who is deeply upset by the One Direction hiatus? Probably. At least the only one in their late 20’s.
Is it just me who loves the singing and dancing at baby groups more than the babies? Seriously I do. I even got offered a job at one of them. My sister (shout out to Soph) gets so embarrassed. I’m pretty sure Harley does as well.
Is it just me who has resorted to putting four dummies in the cot of a night time in the hope that baby will be able to find one when it falls out of their mouth? I am soooo tired and can never seem to find any in the night.
Is it just me that has to record to-do lists? I can no longer just write a list as I’ll lose it or think I’m being all proactive and put it in the recycling bin.
Is it just me who has a pile of unread magazines and books? My vision is to chill out in bed for an hour with a good book. The reality is I fall asleep within minutes and usually wake up at 2am lying on top of a crumpled book.
Is it just me who has the best intentions to exercise but in reality the most you do is sprint to the TV stand when baby attempts to pull the telly over? In my head I could run a marathon. In reality I can’t even walk to the end of the road without needing a rest.
Is it just me?!
